Good food, good company, and a chance to catch up with folks from across Ontario.
Challenge your thinking, spark new ideas, and discover fresh ways to innovate and grow together.
Explore the village, relax with colleagues, or simply enjoy a little downtime before the evening festivities.
Dust off your boots for an unforgettable night of BBQ, live music, games, dancing, and a few Stampede surprises.
Day 2 — friday
One last gathering around the table before we hit the trail home. Coffee's hot, stories are fresh, and the bacon's calling.
Take in the mountain views, enjoy a final stroll through the village, or grab a coffee with teammates before departure.
Pack up your boots, tip your hat, and head home with new ideas, stronger connections, and a few great stories to tell.

Join the entire O'Dell crew for an evening of great food, cold drinks, live music, line dancing, and a little friendly competition. Whether you're riding the mechanical bull, cheering from the sidelines, or catching up with colleagues from across the country, this is the event everyone will be talking about Monday morning.

Straight Answers
Comfortable clothes for the daytime, layers for the evening, and cowboy boots if you've got 'em. Business casual is perfect for the daytime sessions, with western flair encouraged for the Evening Rodeo.
Note them in the RSVP form. We're cooking vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and allergen-aware plates alongside the barbecue.
This year's Stampede is an O'Dell employee event only. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to spending time together as a team.
The Townhall, Fireside Chat, and Brent Robertson session are key parts of the retreat experience and all attendees are expected to participate.
Travel arrangements and eligible expenses will follow O'Dell's standard travel policy. If you have questions about your specific situation, reach out to your manager.
Alcohol will be available during select retreat events. If you choose to drink, please do so responsibly, respect your colleagues. Let's ensure everyone has a fun, safe experience.
